OGUMA US has made every effort to provide and serve you with the best quality products to enrich your life. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may simply return the item within 30 days for exchange or refund of the purchase price.


How do I return the item?

1. Please keep the original invoice ( that includes all product information as well as the return shipping label) and retain all the original package.

2. Please call our customer service and speak to our representative at (626)581-0500 to explain the reason for your return or exchange. After confirming with our customer representative, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please write down this RMA number on shipping label clearly.

3. Please repack all the items and include all the accessories in the original package. Always return the complete item or a set for replacement. OGUMA US will not accept any returns or exchanges if items are missing.

4. Please tear off the return shipping label portion from the original invoice and paste it outside on the top of the return box. If the return shipping label has been lost, please contact our customer representative at OGUMA US.

5. Please send your package back to OGUMA US ( at the address indicated on the return-shipping label ) insured via U.S mail, UPS or any other reliable shipper. Be sure to retain the shipping receipt for future crosschecking.

6. Refund procedure will be processed after OGUMA US receives the merchandise. Credits to your account will be applied. The amount may not appear on your statement for 1 or 2 billing cycles.
